CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage showing blank page

Issue:

“CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage” showing blank page

This is a common error across all cPanel releases.

Solution:

1. Check if the /var/log/dcpmon is updated. If not, update it by running by the below mentioned command.

========
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/dcpumon
========

2. Ensure that the below mentioned cron job and crond service are running fine in the server.

========
crontab -l

*/5 * * * * /usr/local/cpanel/bin/dcpumon >/dev/null 2>&1
========

The above crontab entry for dcpumon is set to run for every five minutes, every
hour.

3. Restart the crond service using the command given below.

========
# /etc/init.d/crond restart
========

4. If issue persists, you should force a cPanel update from command line using the command given below.

====
/scripts/upcp –force
====

This will download and install a new copy of the dcpumon binary.
